Simple 4 Page CMS Website - i have the content

I'm looking for a simple 4 page website, must be designed well, and has good colors for the theme. be creative, and be modern. if you decide to use templates, i'm ok with that, but the template must be either FREE, or if it's paid, i need a purchase receipt for the template. this is not because of the price, but because of the bidders who steal and use illegal graphics and/or softwares. the website is basically to let everyone know that i have a home that i want to rent by the room, and accept payments online thru paypal. the simple 4 pages will have the following type of info 1) main page = well designed with a banner (you must design the 3 banners and make them rotate). 2) contact us = it must have our address, phone number as well as a map to our location 3) gallery = it will have professional quick loading images of the home 4) book now = this is the page where they will be able to reserve their dates online. i'm also looking for someone to find me a simple reservation system which can let me accept paypal payments. i have multiple rooms, and i will be renting per room, but i want the calendar to show unavailable on the dates where the home is fully rented. customers visit my website, click the "from date" on the visible calendar, and click the "to date" on the visible calendar, then it will auto-calculate the amount which will be charged by paypal. something similar to the reservation system here [login to view URL] I have the full data which needs to go on the site, and i have the contact info as well as the rates. i do prefer to have my website designed in joomla, specially because i'm really used to it, but any simple common CMS site will do, based on the bid you will provide. i really prefer to finish this project pretty quickly, so most likely i will be choosing a bidder within 1-2 days, maybe even less.
