Oscommerce designer & programer with OSC templates, able to modify code as needed

HI I am in need of a highly skilled website designer and PHP programer. Skills required include extensive knowledge of Oscommerce. The ability to transfer exsisting information out of old website and build a high quailty product. Person/s that already have OSC templates would be advantage. Must be able to supply finished website on time and in perfect working order. All projects to be quoted first and then agreed that no further payments will be requested. The first project will be test on your design skills, If the design is first class then the use of the OSC system. IF the design is of the standard required you may expect many more of the same projects. Applicatant must provide a portfolio and access to admin area, so I may inspect design skill. Skills in affiliated programs design or where you are able to buy a quailty program would do. Looking for a 2 tier system Must be able to design admin control panels for custom jobs. Intergrating a banner program with stat's. For example How many times a banner has been click log and page impressions. The position is for long term relationship with a company that has been in business for 9 years. PLease no time waster, have 8 years in the industry and easly work out who is for real.
