185528 copy site change look and name

Hello...I have a site called [login to view URL] I want someone to copy my scripts and change so all urls will be for new site. I want backround to be white and custom header made with pictures NOT copyrighted of Department 56 houses....... I basically want a new site using my scripts I have so have all functions I have on [login to view URL] to work for new site called [login to view URL] I want to look professional white backround and bright pictures on header.....want site navigation moved to right side of site in black font Thats it :)
