IVR/Call Center

Make sure you have enough experience on Telephony and IVR My requests are as follows: There will be 4 main areas and a setup wizard for facility & users/logins, etc. A. Incoming Calls 1. Caller ID & Name and open the caller's general info (from Access or MSSQL) from the callerID or name. 2. Records the data (.wav files)with Date/time, CallerID, duration and recieved station. 3. Answering Machine features with mail boxes, Call transfer, internally and outgoing, (I will add Email, Fax on demand later, etc.) 4. Caller should be able to access their mailbox with PIN number. 5. Audit trails (call logs) for all transfer, actions) B. Outgoing Calls 1. Able to set up time to call outbound 2. Needs to load from DB (Access/MSSQL7) with Name, Phone, Message1, Message2, etc. If Data is stored as text, needs to change with TTS (Mary or Mike voice). (needs to load from my DB in existing App.) 3. When the call is answered or meets answering machine, play the outgoing message in .wav file (TTS) or dictated .wav file. and hang up, and loops to next call until finished. 4. Audit trails (logs) for outgoing calls. C. Dictation 1. Dictate and save as wave file with DB/ODBC connection. 2. Replay the .wav file with speed control and a word pad like transcribing area. 3. Replay the .wav file with transcribe with MS SAPI 4.0 'Wave to Text'. 4. The transcribed text files need to sace in DB 5. Should be able to import the .wav files from portable digital dictaphones. D. POP3/SMTP Email sending & recieving with attachments, and forwading from incoming calls. Fax center (like Win fax) from incoming phone line with Fax Hands off, and Fax on demand features when callers interaction (pressing numbers) The program should be able to use with PBX systems, Conference capability and should be run on Win 95/98/Me/2000/NT/XP. I'd like to see well commentted codes and easy to understand. Needs documentation. I'll be available to answer your questions. Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. The source code must be truly functionable in US telephone systems. Presentable GUI, not fancy. I can provide you with GUI that I have and I already have some necessary components for this project.
