FLASH CARD mobile vb.net

Flash Card program to help me and my friends study. (NOTE: I have a control that will convert MS ACCESS to SQLCE vice-versa) that the developer can use in developing the project. Project will need to be created for pocket pc using an MS ACCESS database on the client side and SQLCE within Mobile vb.net language. Presently I'm using (I will be buying a newer version in about 1 year for school) IPAQ MS Pocket PC version 3.0.11171 (build 11178) Processor: ARM SA1110 63.14mb Project is a simple 4 table database used for my studies. It's a FLASH CARD Program that will allow the following: Access Database will need to have the following minimum. Categories Answer/Hint/Question/Hide/AutoID(for randomization?????) Database will need to be synced with the Pocket PC/Clent POCKETPC INTERFACE 1)Allow user to select categories or ALL. 2)Allow user to Add/Delete category on the PPC. 3)Allow user to Randamize the questions based off Categories or ALL. 4)A menu to allow user to edit, add, delete question/answers and ability to HIDE questions. 5)Obvious the ability to See Hint/Question/Next 6) About screen 7) Ability to export/import database form the PocketPC device itself. 9) Capabilities to have an activation code based on unique Pocket PC. Activation part can be written within Access or Visual Basic FRONT END: If you wish can also be created in Visual Basic/Access or vb.net would have all the capabilities as the mobile device, HOWEVER I can create the front in on my machine for my enteraction with the database on my machine. HELP: Help in going over the code / creating an install program and getting it up and running. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
