Backend coding for Real Estate Site

We currently have 3 - 4 projects to work on. Depending on the time and costs we will work on multiple, or do 1 at a time. The first project is to completely recode, redesign our "lead capture" real estate site. The site is currently mostly static with some php code, and several dozen pages. The site will need to be recoded from blank page to to be more dynamic and reduce the amount of files to edit. Depending on costs , an new "skin"/ web design will be considered. Some Project details include but not limited too: recode site for fully dynamic site, high quality photo gallery, pagination, daily auto populate the database from data feed, basic & advanced search, url rewrite for seo, contact form, auto responders, sort functionality (ex. price low to high). ## Deliverables We are looking to create a better "store Front" with as many entry points and internal links as possible.
