Creation of Website would like to put together an Phase 1 web-site for my company which is called Yes! (Slogan is English for Everyone. Anytime. Anywhere.) We provide and English language learning service using an advanced Computer Assisted Language Learning Platform in Vietnam. WE need elegant HTML design Use of CMS system (Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress--I'm open) We provide all text/writing in TWO languages Need support on icon selection, stock images, Layout and some level of basic email support for some period after we deploy. Attached is: 1. a list of core features/functionality and a very generic overview of the Website map. I have never done this before and am open to guidance and advice from experts.
