Wordpress php mentor

I am working on Wordpress websites using a Easy Custom Post Type plugin by Pippins Plugins. I create meta boxes with fields so that I can control customer input and display on the front end. Most of my sites center around this principle. However, I run into problems with the PHP and database work required to display the content properly. For example, on the latest project everything works well, except that the custom fields are showing empty placeholders on all of the other posts. Similarly, I need content to be placed in various places,in various permutations. What I need, I am looking for a programmer to work with me / mentor me as I work on projects. This will require setting a time and then working side by side with me online, using screen sharing and chat technologies to edit code. This is so that I can learn as we go along. Requirements: You must be expert in Wordpress, php, mysql, etc. You must be expert with Wordpress loops, content, plugins, user roles, etc. You must be a quick programmer and a good teacher and communicator in english. You must be patient - with me. I am prepared to pay up to $25 an hour, and will post projects in blocks of $100 with 4 lessons as milestones, with payment to be released at the completion of each lesson and successful implementation of the code. Most projects should be completed within one hour. My time zone is California (Pacific). I am available during the day during normal office hours. The programmer would have to be able to help during these hours, based upon times set by appointment.
