website needed similar to face book/ freelancer

Hi there, I would like a website created for me. The Website would function similar to Freelaner.com. It should have the milestone payments, registration for consumer users and for product manufacturers. it also should have feedback score, msg servers. More details would be provided to the winner but please keep in mind that it would be similar to freelancer.com and would operate in the same way but we are looking to attract a different type of market.
