Drupal, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3 experts needed

Detail by private message after an NDA is signed, We are looking for a team, not a single programmer with excuses that he is sick or distraught because his girlfriend dumped him or various other problems and excuses. If one programmer cannot do something we expect the company to pick up the slack with other programmers. Allocating a few hours per week to our project is NOT acceptable. If we don't see progress the first day we will find someone else. We need a Drupal site modified, extended. Programming in javascript, PHP, shell, and intimate knowledge how Drupal functions is required. Deep knowledge about how to make a site look and behave identically when used by all major browsers, IE, Chrome, FF, Opera, Safari. We will demo the existing site if and when we see a viable candidate bidding. If you are not ALREADY an expert, DO NOT BOTHER bidding. We are not interested in paying for you to learn Drupal or how to be a programmer. We expect progress from day one. If there is NO expert we will award the project to NO ONE and will continue development ourselves.
