adult token payment system

I am looking for someone that can either build or has a good script for a token payment system. Specifically I have a Video On Demand website with the content already in place. The videos are protected by DRM. The payment methods are set up already. (for example – Buy 10 tokens for $10, buy 20 tokens for $20 etc) I need someone to set up the token wallet system on my site so that a person would click on a link to purchase tokens … at which time they would set up an account with a username and password. The person could then spend the tokens on videos. The customer also needs to be able to log-in to his account to view how many tokens he has left in his token wallet … and he also needs to be able to purchase new tokens which would be added to his current wallet.
