Only Bidders who are incredibly strong in Java and English should bid on this project. You should be able to file a status report twice a week and show progress. This is the initial bidding process for this project. All bids will be reviewed and once a bidder(s) has been chosen this auction will be cancelled and a private auction will ensue to create different phases of this project. Each phase will be 7 days(the extent of each phase would be discussed by the coder and I to ensure the coder can meet the deadline) in length so if you have strong commitments elsewhere I would like for you not to bid on this project. It is large and I will expect nothing less than perfection since it will be designed for resell. I want a cross platform(Windows, Unix, IE,Netscape) eCommerce package with all the features of Tek 9 v6.2 ([login to view URL]) with the added features: -I want it in JAVA -I want it modularized so when the software is first installed a user enters their FTP information and the type of server is detected so the software know whether to use ASP and MS Access or PHP and MYSQL -I want 15 ecommerce templates the user can choose from with the ability to purchase more as they become available. If they user changes their mind on a template then simply reselecting a template with transfer their product information to the new template -I want the user to be able to design the site on their local computer with a preview mode -An FTP Upload feature that will do the initial upload and as the site is changed or updated will only upload/overwrite the updated files. It should also be able to delete uneccessary files from the server to conserve space -I want a modular design that will allow for updates to certain features in the future -Ability to purchase a license for 1 site where it only will work on that site or an unlimited license will work anywhere -Each downloaded or shipped unit will have a unique identifier for support.(This will prevent piracy since support will only email to the email address used at time of purchase unless the user changes their contact information on my site) After the completeion of the software design the coder(s) will design a website to advertize the features of the software, FAQ section to answer questions, and Help section to explain how to use the software in detail. ## Deliverables 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased which will be copyrighted before distribution. ## Platform Windows, Unix, IE,and Netscape
