Flash Professional Programmer Needed for Online Application

We need a flash programming professional that can create an online user interactive design feature for making slideshow movies and flash banners to our specifications. What we are looking for: Someone with professional knowledge of Flash/ActionScript/Flex/AIR/Java/PHP programming languages and the capabilities to create online user interactive applications. (We can discuss further information "only" with those who can prove their best abilities and provide links to similar projects only) We want to see examples of your greatest achievements in flash in an application based feature. No flash websites or intros, no banners, no animations. That is not what this is, so we are not interested in any of that. We want to see designing based projects. Like drawing/ designing, slideshow makers, eCard designers, photo image editing, etc, etc. Anything simply used to allow the user to design something using the application online. Someone that can communicate well using Skype "and" Email. Someone that is smart enough to follow directions and then make things happen. Someone that can stay on target, meet deadlines, and be professional. What we are not looking for: Egomaniacs that are more concerned about self recognition than getting the project done. Providers that do not know how to communicate daily/weekly Providers that have excessive negative feedback or incomplete reports Providers that cannot meet the discussed deadlines Banner providers...this is not a banner we need. Providers that do not want to work under the terms of the project. If you think you can adhere to these terms, then please submit to us your best designs of your work. Once again, if all you have to show is a general website in flash or banners and intros, we are not interested in any of that and your bid will be hidden from view. We are only interested in those that can create and have created an actual project application for designing or similar with interactive design features for the user to create things. Those that fit the need and qualify, we will discuss more with you in detail. Those that do not, you are only wasting your time. In order to qualify for this project, you have to show your previous work that fits the desired application characteristics. Only with proving your ability to do that will you be a possible fit for this project.
