Webdesign, only Graphics. (no html/structure needed)

Hello, i need a webdesign work. Not based on Flash. even so the use of flash objects is allowed. its a website with 1 pattern which repeats on all "inside pages" it's basically some sort of business profiler... there are up to 10 different pages or above. but as i said, its a pattern under the same environment.. there will be needed few ICONS for the categories... and a LOGO for the website. i -DON'T- need html/js/structure guy, or websites builder, i need PURE graphic/artist/design work.... (the only required product from you - is the artistic outcome of the interface) i dont mind the use of Flash, but its not flash-based work. the main concept i look from the interface, is "modernistic". that's about all.. thank you in advance. DO NOT SEND ME FULL PROTFOLIOS. i only care for MODERNISTIC, WEB2.0 designs ==ONLY==. i will ignore all bidders who won't pay attention to my last comment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Must receive previous works in the field of Graphics/Webdesign MODERN designs. 5) Must receive and Accept the sketch of what the designer want to make, before he start working. (i dont want him to work on aspect i dont like/want) ## Platform strictly graphic/artistic output from the designer. no xhtml/css/javascript required.
