Work completed in NAMO web editing tool and using other tools from Ulead that I currently have. So I can become more proficient with them. I will supply most of the tools. Your reccommendation on others is helpfull.

1 Animation of Landcruiser driving on rocky surface and over mountain slowly across the page
2 a single rotating set of pictures
3 The 15 listed subpages
4 A dry desert backround
5 Some other light animation such as a mechanic working on his engine.
6 All photos, graphics, animation, artwork must be Toyota Landcruiser and Toyota Truck from 1950 to 2004. The Landcruiser has been going that long.
Each Sub-page, all pages, should carry a common theme or thread that is Rocky, Mountain'es, giving a feeling of wide open spaces of all types.
A good photo viewer that can be included where indicated to easily load and view photos without using the back button.
SoCal TLCA Newsletter page: Text and recent single photos only. Easily modified by a newbie like what I am typing in now with the ability to add single photos.
Trailside Gatherings page: Almost just like it is. Simple.
Outback Adventure page: Just Text, all of our runs and events.
Rock Awards page: Subselectoins including a button for each month from Jan 2003 to Dec 2010, and a place to put a single photo and description.
In The Garage page: Text and photos somewhat as it is now. Good photo viewer tool
New! Video Production page: How do I load my mpeg2 video and easily get others to view it.
Members Rigs page: Subselections for 40 members and all their Photos. Good photo viewer tool.
Vehicle Sightings: Good photo viewer tool
Cruiser Math page: Text only. Dozens of subpage selections for technical reference.
Community Politics page: Text only. and some links.
SoCal TLCA Products page: Text and photos and a button link to pay for products thru PayPal to my PayPal account. A link to email me for a purchase. Simple photos and description of each product.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
