flash slideshow with preloader

Hi, This is a simple project for any good flash designer. I need a slideshow that will load in jpgs on the fly, after loading in a php file which will provide the links to the images. I have pretty much done this myself but I can't get the preloader to work properly. The problem is that as the images are loaded on the fly, the movie only takes a few moments to load up but you must then wait for the actual images to load. This is no good. I need the preloader to wait until enough of the images are loaded so that as the show proceeds all the remaining images will be loaded, with no stops in the show. The show needs to fade in, with a white frame around the images, which drops a shadow. the transition between the photos needs to be either a motion tween, or like on <[login to view URL]>, this needs to be changeable by a variable in the fla file.
