289581 Transfer 15 websites

I need to have 15 websites transferred from one server (host) to another. The websites are mostly small online newspapers that use a CMS developed in PHP and MySQL. One is a real estate site that uses the same CMS as the others. Each site will have at least one database. Each site will have to be fully backed up, including database, before transfer. You will not be deleting the original sites, and you will not be making the DNS changes; I will do that. I will pay after I have tested all the sites and determined that the transfer has been successful. I need to have this done today, but it will take about 2 hours after we have made a deal for me to set up the accounts on the receiving server. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY FAMILIAR WITH THIS PROCESS PLEASE DO NOT BID. I can't afford mistakes here. Thanks.
