Pandora.com - PianoBar (open source) modification

I am looking for some modification to the following project. The main portion of this project has been well documented here.... [login to view URL] This project will be in two phases... 1) This is an open-source streaming music player project. I have a IR library and LCD library for the Raspberry Pi and need someone to modify the PianoBar code to function completely through Ir control. During the first few seconds of boot-up, Rpi will listed for IR codes to "learn" an existing remote and then store these settings in non-volitile memory to use in application. User should be able to fully navigate PianoBar menus and enter data only using an IR remote. RPi should also function over a wireless network and stream music completely controlled though IR remote. 2) Add in the ability to record (MP3) and playback recorded music saved on the memory card or USB drive. I will pay 33% of this project AFTER full completion of phase 1 and 67% of project AFTER completion of phase 2. NO advanced milestone payments will be made so don't ask. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not make a bid. !00% of payment will be released AFTER project is fully functional. Programmer will need to have access to RPi, 1602 LCD, and streaming music through [login to view URL] for testing. Programming will need to supply complete and through program instructions for installing. I do have some code and instruction for an IR library and the 1602LCD display to work on the RPi and I will furnish this information upon acceptance of project.
