Web-based Expense Reporting Please see examples of other such systems at: [login to view URL] I am looking for a complete, front-end, thin, web-based expense reporting solution. this project requires advanced programming knowledge and SQL understanding. -very "pretty" core GUI, state-of-the-art [login to view URL] or .Net (discussion on .Net needed beforehand) -expense types -hierarchy (org groups, project groups, user levels: administrative, user, manager, project manager, etc.) -Fully secure (we are dealing with banks, cc companies, corporations) -report creation (html & email delivery) -expense report creation and submission (submits to approver, within hieracrchy, after approval report processes) -int. currency conversion -data output to server side SQL database - which then outputs reports via email (for delivery to central payment SQL database which stores payment info, etc). -Administrative import of AMEX KR files (credit card imports) MANY other features and abilities needed. This is to be flagship software - fully competitive with the "big boys". See companies such as Concur and Extensity. Code should be very flexible and scalable. Only very experienced rent-a-coders need bid. Need to see examples, proposals before escrow is initiated.

## Platform
Should be ASP/VB w/ SQL database. .Net framework would be very interesting - but with this would have to be discussed. May be open to JAVA based solution (the standard right now used by most T&E corps.) - but would really like to stay in the Microsoft world if a better solution can be created than has been previously by others who have tried.
## Deadline information
Would prefer to see bidders local to the USA. Will need e-resume, references, etc.
