I'm looking for someone with Lightroom experience to color correct my wedding photos on their own time / personal computer. Typical weddings include 900-1200 images. Would need each wedding back within 1 week or so. Will pay per image so depending on how many images there are in each wedding, the payment would fluctuate. Would like to find someone who is interested in working with me on a regular basis. MY STYLE: Overall look: Bright, Light, Naural with slight additional Saturation Daytime Images: Bright, Light, slightly saturated Natural look Sunset Images: Bright, Colorful, Slightly Saturated Night Images: Bright skin tones and Bright, slightly saturated backgrounds. Skin: Almost no skin smoothing (or very little if any) Minor skin blemish retouching if necessary Skin Tones: Bight and natural Liquify: Very minimal if even necessary Never change the client too much, just enough to look their best but for the client not to realize that anything was done. Hair: Minimal to no flyaway or stray hair reduction/removal around hairline. If hair in face - fix when possible or necessary but no crazy retouching needed. Clothing: Keep colors true to original tone as much as possible. Minor wrinkle removal but not all wrinkles necessary (keep natural with a little enhancement). Backgrounds: Minor fixes when necessary. Cropping / Straightening / Tilt: Crop all images to a standard 5x7 ratio. Image straightening when background horizon line matters Sometimes image tilt to create interest or movement in the image but not in an outdated way (no exaggerated or obvious tilting)

I do work a lot in Lightroom and can definitely do the work you have outlined. I can do anything from basic editing and corrections in Lightroom to high quality retouching in Photoshop. I have experience editing portraits and can do very natural skin and body retouching that won't look at all fake and plastic. I probably have a few questions though, regarding the way you would want the work completed, and how many would need to be worked on PS as well as LR.
