Real Estate Photography Retouching Editor

Growing Real Estate Photography Company seeks long term photo editor proficient in Lightroom and Photoshop. Must have computer capable of editing demands of large Raw files with updated Lightroom/Photoshop CC programs and reliable internet capable of transfer of files via Dropbox. The ideal candidate would be able to edit in the overnight hours of the United States with delivery by 5am EST. Current volume is over 1500 photos per month. Photo processing forecasts can be provided several days in advance for planning purposes. Typically, we create between 80-150 photos per day. Our shooting style is off camera flash with rare instances requiring photo blending. Most photos can be sufficiently edited in Lightroom. Occasional retouching needed in Photoshop. Prior experience with real estate photography is a plus. We hold to standards of straight, realistically colored photos with blue skies on exterior photos. Will provide several Lightroom presets, process, and delivery notes that will serve as a guide for photo editing. Sky replacement using a Photoshop action can be provided. We are a small localized real estate company in North Carolina, with a focus on providing quality work and building positive relationships over the long term. Compensation at $0.50 USD per processed photo. At current volume, would be $750 USD per month. Each shoot is considered a project. This listing is posted at a fixed price at $15 per project - minimum. This is our smallest amount of compensation for a shoot. We typically shoot 2 properties (projects) per day.
