Node.js back-end job and quick React/Redux consulting

I have an ongoing project for a web app based on Node and Mongo on the back-end and React/Redux on the front-end in which the programmer I've hired to take care of the back-end simply vanished. We're already late with this delivery and so we'd need to start this right away. Our budget is a bit limited, we have up to US$ 350 to spend with this, sorry for that, we're not getting well paid either, and it's in a weak currency (BRL) :( However, I could always do the coding myself as long as you direct me and do quick code reviews to make sure I'm doing the right thing! As a fellow programmer, I do respect your work, so we can always try negotiating a bit with the client, but as our currency is very weak I don't think our money will go very far in dollars!! And I know the front-end is quite buggy and non-performant, but well, that's what we have for now :(
