Hello! I would like to help you with this task. Can you please tell me, do you need to install ESXi on host and vCenter as VM? or only vCenter? About my experience: I have big experience with network administration (VLAN, SNAT, DNAT, iptables, iproute2, multiWAN, tcpdump...), managed switches, routers... Big experience with virtualization systems: VMWare ESXi, vCenter, MS Hyper-V, Proxmox VE. Backups and replications for virtualization - Veeam B&R. A lot of experience with OpenVPN servers/clients. TUN\TAP networks, complex routing for separate clients. Serial connection 2,3 servers for more security. OpenVPN over IPv6 and other... Extensive experience with pfSense routers. I use it in every office in my main job, in my own office, as router on rented servers. What I did with pfSenses: DHCP, DNS, DyDNS, SNAT, DNAT, 1:1 NAT, Destination\Source routing, Carp (2 hardware pfSenses in failover mode), MultiWAN, gateway groups (failover and load balancing), VLANs, a lot of experience with OpenVPN servers\clients on pfSense. Hello, Bit doubt on your requirement. You need to install Vmware ESXi and WIndows 2012 server ? Do you have a license for vcenter? Vmware ESXi is free and can be accessed through web interface. But Vsphere and vcenter are part of licensed product. I have experience on setting up the ESXi environment. Please refer my profile and if interested please contact me. Thanks

Dear sir, You are not sharing much, but I will assume you need to install a windows server 2016, configure basic services, networking, and so. This is quite easy. You can check me out, an my the company I work as a system engineer. The setup needs a few hours, updatingvto the latest versions will take up to 12 hours, Microsoft, you know....
