Create Simple HTML Update and Search php Page for a MySQL Table

Hi guys, This is very urgent. I need 2 things in a php page. I want to create a simple php page where.. 1- I want to edit/modify a MySQL database table fields except uid. 2- And, a search-text field where i just enter unique id and find/list all details/columns associated with id.
