I have built exquisite c# GUI's with data components in addition to PHP data layers such as MySQLi and PDO. Prior to moving to MySQL I had over a dozen years with Microsoft SQL Server. ETL (etract transform and load) are the types of things we do daily. Feel free to grill me on any concepts. Including writing bots in c# and java. I have worked with AWS and EC2 since 2008, often requested by them to work for their org. Azure as well. The challenge for you or anyone is in properly defining your tasks. A good start would be to improve your project specs if need be. It takes 2 parties to make for a successful deliverable. I work thru Skype chat. Can't think of a time I have failed an assignment when it was defined even barely well. And I have been doing this for more than 20 years. In short I over-deliver, or I inform the client of the simplicity and lower the price. If your project is under-spec'd the price may go up.
