Mix/Master/Produce my album

What is this project? I have written and mostly recorded an album of music. It is 15 songs. What I require is a _very_ communicative and skilled, professional and _experienced_ person to mix/master/produce this album. What do I mean by produce? It is your responsbility to make the album sound as good as it does it my head. This is not simply equalizing level or adding guitar effects. This is taking the album into your own hands. If sections need re-recording, you will be capable of re-recording. You will have a studio, and able to play and record guitar skillfully. (I have tabbed versions of the whole album) If vocals need a second take, you tell me to sing it again. Do effects need adding? Do some samples need to be added? It is your job. It is not just a technical person I am after, I am after someone creative to take the songs I have written and recorded and use your expertise to make them sound as good as they can possibly be. You will need to have passion for the songs, and not simply tweak some EQ settings and send it back. You will need expert knowledge of how to mix and master a song. I wish ideally for them to be as good as a song you'll hear on a CD, or on the radio. Any obstacles to that, we will need to overcome together. (On a personal note, one of my favourite bands in terms of mixing is Modest Mouse. They have many different guitar and vocal tracks that all shine through very clearly and crisply) This project may well last weeks or months, as each song we may have to work through individually, and if extra work and time needs to be given. I must be sure I have someone who will give the album the care and dedication I want. Your English speaking will need to be 100% perfect to allow for easy communication. Ideally bidders will provide evidence of previous albums/tracks they have produced. The key word here is: produce. I am not looking for someone to simply mix together recordings, I am looking for a producer to take the lead and the responsibility in creating a finished album.
