Xamarin - service app

I need an android/iPhone/iPad app made in Xamarin (c#) forms. I would like it designed and built. The app name will be Service First It will be a app where they can make a user and send inn a service request or dispute. The admin need to have the ability to add different fields that needs to be inputted based on what category customer has chosen ( like service tag, info on what was wrong etc). When sent inn a user for the company can handle the dispute/service by sending feedback. When sent inn also the customer will get a service tag. The communicstion between customer and company will be handled thrue the app. Also need to have api so it can be connected to crm system/ website etc. Structure off app: 1 admin - can setup the different things a user can send inn (form creator) 2 users - can see and handle services/ disputes and search for them. They can also move a service/dispute to be handled by a specific user and set them to solved or not 3. Customers need to set up a profile or login with excisting. Can also login by facebook/google or similar. Can post new service/disputes and see old or the process on current . Important that there is on the app a nice dashboard so it is easy to see old unsolved cases etc. This is kinda a ticket system, but more like it handles a specific service tag. We are also open on ideas.
