Write a File Manager Application for Android Devices

Hey All, I needed someone, who can make me the file manager application which must deliver all the functions of the application, who's link is below; [login to view URL] the file manager application i want you to make must perform all the functions of above application, except; 1. Recycle Bin 2. FTP 3. Local Network i need you to make this application in Xamarin (version of xamarin must be compatible with Windows 8.1 64-bit) OR Android Studio (version of Android Studio must be compatible with Windows 8.1 64-bit). Few of the functions of the application needs to be part of paid application's version, rest of the functions will be offered in free application version. What part of the application needs to be paid and what's not, will be discussed with the developer.
