Write an Android application

We need a Bluetooth phone app that controls our LED light bulb. We have a complete and functional app running on iOS devices and we need to create a similar app on Android. If you can, download the Luxium app onto an iphone or ipad and you can run through the 6 pages in our app. I believe you can copy exactly these same functions. Improvements are nice, but I am asking you only to be able to make same features, same look as Luxium iphone app. We have an API that completely specifies how you control our lamp, it has 4 channels of color RGBW and uses Set and Get commands, typically 8 bit per channel. The sequences are built in to the lamp, so also are invoked with only a single Set command. The Save function requires only a few commands. The initial screen is devoted to finding any unpaired unit and creating a connection, and allowing user to assign it to a Group. Then under the next page, the user can Edit the name of the group. Then when user hits the button for a particular group, the color wheel page comes up. We want absolutely no latency! So the manner in which you connect to, and write to, the lights must be very efficient. In the app, you will store the presets, except that one preset (the startup color) is saved into EEPROM in the light itself. We feel we have the most advanced RGBLW technology, but with the mobile app, we are making it very easy to use and enjoy. If you have some experience with color-change light control, it would be useful, although I feel our API makes it very easy to develop code. In particular I will be looking for someone who has experience in connecting (and reconnecting) the phone or tablet to a smart Bluetooth(r) device. I should clarify, I do not have the iPhone source code, your job will be to imitate the app, but you have to do this from scratch
