Need a freelance android developer/firm for long term

Hello All, I need a freelancer android developer who can work full time/part time with us. I want him/her to join us for our mobile app related work. We are a software and web development company and need someone expert in android/iphone app for a long term basis. For a test purpose, you will need to develop an simple image/video sharing android app with an awesome UI. (We will pay a reasonable amount for that test too). The main idea of app will be as follows 1. User install and run the app. 2. User can login to app by gmail, facebook etc directly. 3. User can upload pics/videos from his mobile to a fixed category specified by admin. (categories will be created by admin from his web admin panel). 4. User can see all pics uploaded by all other users for all categories. 5. User can like/comment on all images/videos. 6. User can share all pics/vidoes on facebook directly. 7. User can ask see other static data too. 8. An user who sign up to app can see all the same content from his web panel too. (web panel will be developed by me, you only need to send the username/pass and data he uploaded) So basically it will be a app where user can upload/download pics/videos, share them, like& comment them. This is the first app which i need you to create. I will need you to 1. Make complete app to downloadable from play-store. 2. Complete Source code. 3. Support till testing done. 4. Deadline:- Max 15 days 5. Direct Payments This will be my first app and later we have lots of other apps to be created but all those will depend on quality of work you provide in this app. This will be a long term association with freelancer/agency, so only those bid be accepted who can work for long term as our mobile app associates.
