Issue with connecting firebase and chat in an existing hybrid app

We already have an app with chat functionality. But we recently shifted to a new server and changed all apis. But we're finding it difficult to configure firebase and chat. The developer who set this up earlier is no more working with us, and we're not sure about which firebase account was used. We're looking to hire an expert who can create a new firebase project for us and connect it with the existing app. We're using ionic framework on cordova. Thank you.
