insert json data to realm db

i have realm db with some models and a json file with some data. i want to insert those data into the realm db models. i have added a sample json file, but the actual data size is about 40k. you have to insert all the data (as it is) to a model, and the numbers are to another model. that's all. but i need it to be done quickly, it's a urgent job.
