Fix my app

I am looking for an app builder that can help me repair an app that I have nearly completed. It is approximately 90% done. I need somebody who is native or beyond fluent in American English. I need the ability to edit and delete existing data. I need to change the order of the existing data. I need somebody who can take it upon themselves to make grammatical repairs. Optimally, I would love to find a developer with whom I can continue to work down the road on updates and improvements. My app is written in Flutter. I already have the backend set up and organized and will be able to supply you with the existing code as well as access to my accounts on the Apple store Connect and Googleplay.
