NO BIDS FROM INDIAPAKISTAN/CHINA PLEASE I need an app that does the following: 1) user downloads it and makes an account using an username and date of birth and email and terms and conditions 2) user verifies email 3) user logs in 4) user can search for other users whose username he already knows 5) chat with them (end to end encryption) 6) audio call with them 7) contents of chat / call NOT stored on the server. user may opt to store conversation locally 8) lost password recovery feature 9) free and paid versions, free app gives chat, paid app gives voice and chat 10) end to end encryption for chat and audio 11) database must be on nosql 12) splash screen in the beginning with numberpad / pin to protect privacy 13) admin panel so that admin can see members, type and duration of membership, email them , suspend them or delete them 14) user can save another user as a 'contact' or can decide to dial him as needed using the username.
