Build Hello world App with job-scheduler and timer

Must work on background even after the app is closed. Must auto work and resume after a reboot of the device. An idea to implement: 1- logging/saving the time on the device when the app was first installed on counter T 2- do a periodic task every few hours to sync with device time, and calculate the total time passed so far, and update the counter T 3- autostart to run after reboot 4- once matched with three days, do the task. done You could do it in any way you think it fits or you like, but you must document the code. This need to be done asap.
