Have a look at the attachment, layout.png. I am looking for an angular 2 solution that allows me to have a carousel of items. These items can be dragged and dropped into the section at the top of the page. This must work on smartphones (i.e. be touch compatible). This adds some complexity as I need to be able to scroll left/right on the carousel but also drag/drop the items up into the droppable section. I don't mind if you use an existing plugin and need to modify it. I will only accept offers from people who are certain that they can achieve the objectives.
