simple iPhone app (a text only tarot-deck)

Please provide a time and cost estimate for building an iPhone app that simply duplicates the functionality of [login to view URL]'s Transformation Cards ([login to view URL]) which are built using html/php. I've drawn up all the slides illustrating all the steps/functionality of this simple app which you can see in the attached PDF. EXPECTATIONS We are hoping to spend $200 or less as it's a very simple project with all screens are provided in PSD and all code for working online version will be provided in a zip file as well. Timeline is less important, but I would expect it wouldn't take more than a few weeks or a month max. CORE FUNCTIONALITY: Essentially, the cards need to function just like they do on the website. The concept is very similar to a deck of tarot cards, except there are four decks and no pictures. Here's the basics: Three of the four decks choose a random card after the user clicks on the deck. The other deck lets the user select their card from four options (there is a set of four cards that matches each card from the first deck). After you click on a deck, I would like some basic visual effect showing the chosen card highlighted above. My suggestion would be a glow effect around the newly turned over card, that fades in quickly and then slowly fades out. To illustrate this, I've applied an outer glow effect around the box of each newly turned over card in the PDF. OPTIONAL: Please include a separate quote (how much extra this item would add) to add a Tell a Friend feature that allows someone to use their iPhone address book to send an email or SMS to their friends from the app that allows us to prepopulate the body of the message with some text about the app. OPTIONAL: If you are capable, please include a separate quote to convert the app to the Android Platform WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE: PSD with all graphics required and editable layers for each slide All html/php code that powers the current web version. NOTE: Because it is already built in PHP, I think it would be worth looking into [login to view URL], a free open source tool that lets you convert online apps into native apps. We are looking to get this done as cheaply as possible, and since it's already fully functional online, appcelerator should make this fairly cheap and easy.
