HELP PUBLISH ASP.NET PROJECT TO AZURE WITH SQL DATABASE

I need help to troubleshoot publishing the following tutorial onto AZURE [login to view URL] I customised the tutorial above to my taste and it works perfectly when I run it on my machine (localhost) Problem comes when I deploy it to AZURE. There is a tutorial on how to publish this very project on AZURE. I tried to follow it bit by bit but there are small variations between my VS interface and that on the tutorial. Result is that it deploys correctly and webpage runs correctly on AZURE. Problems comes when creating the actual SQL database entries. When the tutorial guy published his on AZURE it works fine. However mine gives an error which you can see on the attached screenshot below. So my suspicion as to why its failing are simply to do with correct publishing it on Azure REQUIRED So all I need is someone to troubleshoot publishing this asp.net project to azure whom I can give my Anydesk or Teamviewer details to look into my source code and simply try to publish it for me. I hope I'm clear enough. Or they can tell me exactly where I could be getting the error
