Heiken Ashi-CCI MT4 Expert Advisor (EA)

I need an EA programmed that used the Heiken Ashi and CCI indicators for its strategy. The EA will require all standard inputs such as Lots, Max Slippage, etc... Also required will be the ability to partially close lots, breakeven, all indicator settings so the indicators can be adjusted, and more. I will give full details by PM to anyone interested. This EA needs to be programmed by a professional MQL programmer. If you are just starting out please do not bid. This EA also needs to be programmed on time. I actually need this EA ASAP. So please do not bid 3 days and have it take a week or longer. If you bid 3 days then I expect it in around 3 days too. I am a little flexible and understanding though. I will release payment only after I have tested and confirmed everything works correctly. The EAs need to work on demo and live accounts with no errors caused by programming. I would also like to have support within 2 weeks after the EA is complete. I will need this in the event I see a problem during testing after I have already paid and left feedback. Or if I have a question or concern. I want the EA to be programmed with easy to understand English comments so I can follow and understand exactly how the EA works. I will also need full source code to this EA. This EA needs to be compatible with all MT4 brokers (ECN,non-ECN,4 digit,5 digit,etc...) I also will need full confidentiality on this project. I do not want to see the EA on a forum later or anything like this. So full confidentiality is an absolute must. I will supply all the details after bidding.
