I already have solutions to make research on google with thousands of results per hour and also tools to scrape webpages content to extract specific data(like emails, names, addresses and, in thsi case, patents). For database we can use SQLite or PostGre, in case we need one. For data visualization my suggestion would be using Matplotlib or Excel, which still is a good choice for data analysis.
