Marketing person required for getting business

We are looking for a marketing person for getting projects for us. We are a professional web and software development company in Kolkata, so we prefer the marketing person also from Kolkata. The candidate will have strong communication skills and have the dedication to visit clients for getting business from them. Payment procedure : a) For each project with valuation Rs. 6,000 or more we will pay Rs. 1,000 to the marketing person. b) For each project with valuation less than Rs. 6,000 we will pay 20% of the project fee to the marketing person. c) Payment will be by cheque. The marketing person will have no limit for getting projects from client and so they have ample scope to increase their payment. Also he/she can be a full-timer or a part-timer. When there will be a pool of projects then the marketing person will get absorbed by the company and he/she will become a permanent employee with a fixed salary which can be discussed then. We will discuss more on chat and need a f2f discussion too. N.B. : Please note that we are looking for sincere persons willing to work and not on the bot bids.
