I have experience in various kinds of machine learning and artificial intelligence, and I have done some natural language processing projects before, but not any chat bots. I am sure I can do the work Relevant Skills and Experience Algorithms, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence. Proposed Milestones $555 USD - Full job done. How would you like this to be ran? Do you have an open source platform in mind?

i have 3 years of experience in machine learning and 6 months in NLP(Graduate course :) ). I want to do this though. Looks interesting. Stay tuned, I'm still working on this proposal.

Hey, I have quite a bit of experience in ml. I am not an NLP expert; most of my work is in computer vision but I have my share of NLP projects. I would love to work on a chatbot again. At the moment i am running my own startup, we are building an AI based microscope image analysis platform, but as it goes with startups not a lot of money in it in the beginning :) So I hope we can make something happen :)
