Video streaming and video calling are entirely different setups. You will need a SIP server for video calling and a RTMP server for video streaming. Again depends on what type of video streaming you require. Need more details on if its unicast or multicast, will it be a private lan or over the internet. I have setup many such systems. Just revert back if u need a demo on live video streaming or a VOD system

Hello, I did a few projects a few years ago where i needed to set up a live audio/video streaming server (wowza) on linux. If that is what you want I have experience with it, if not I am sure I could make it work anyway for you.
