cPanel, WHMCS, WHMCS proxmox module

Please take the time to read My project is as follows: I have a dedicated server I wish utilize to provide shared hosting and linux (possibly windows) VPS's, and have decided to go with Proxmox for virtualization. My requirements: I need an individual who is comfortable and knowledgeable with EITHER Centos7 or Ubuntu 16.04 as well as cPanel/whm, WHMCS, Proxmox (if not we can figure this out together) as well as figuring out and implementing a Proxmox/WHMCS module that will make it easier for WHMCS to sell and provision VPS's. 1st IP4 is the dedicated with proxmox installed 1.1.1.1 <- example 2nd IP4 is the first VM/VPS with a hostname "server1" my choices of OS for this VPS will be Centos 7 or Ubuntu 16.04. 1.1.1.2 I have purchased a domain name for this including the .com and .net suffixes and wish the main site/whmcs product pages to be on this "[login to view URL] & [login to view URL]" I have purchased licenses for cPanel(dedi-vps version), WHMCS, as well as a WHMCS Proxmox module (to provision and sell VPS's through WHMCS). I am looking for someone to help with this project on the sysadmin level as I can install and configure most of this but I am seriously lacking in security of my dedicated server as well as the main VPS I will be using for cPanel/whm/whmcs. I am personally missing several of the "puzzle pieces" to get this all put together as well as needing guidance for "structure".
