psd to joomla 3.1 responsive (LESS css, html5, bootstrap) - repost

I have a real estate website that I need to have implemented in joomla. I have a design in psd format created with reference viewports for fullscreen, tablet and mobile for several different layouts of the website. I have a joomla real estate component that works out of the box and just needs styling along with the template. I want someone to code a a framework called T3 in joomla: [login to view URL] The ideal and successful bidder must have the following: -experience with Joomla -experience with bootstrap -strong jquery and jquerymobile skills. -MUST code in HTML5 -MUST code CSS using LESS (faster development and better cross platform support). -MUST make the design friendly for fast loading (css image sprites, coding using ems and percentages, etc). -a strong portfolio of ACTIVE running coded work will be compelling in my decision. -familiarity with mobile-first design is highly desired. I have a design I can show, but I do not want to put it on here for everyone to see. Put your best bid forward, and if I like what I read and am thinking of selecting you I would give you a chance to see the design and discuss any questions I may have via skype before the awarding/accepting of the bid. If we have a good experience on this go around, I am loyal to those who do good work for me. This is a repost of a project posted previously. I was looking very seriously for someone but apparently people bid before reading or understanding the requirements that I have. PLEASE put a bid forward if you have read the requirements and are comfortable with them, and not just submit an auto-bid. If you send me samples of your work, PLEASE don't send me a big list of every design you have ever coded. Pick your best 5 maximum designs that are most relevant to what I am looking for (RESPONSIVE, BOOTSTRAP, ETC) and send those alone to me. It seems a lot of people submit a bid and then when I express interest in hiring them they cannot fulfull the requirements that I have put forward. I have wasted 3 weeks on people who are not serious, so please do me a favour and make sure you are prepared to take on the project if it is awarded to you.
