Grafana panel for sprites

We need to have a custom panel plugin on Grafana where a number of variable sprites (all of the same kind) are displayed on an area in specific positions (x,y) with colors according to the data in the source ([login to view URL] if below or equal a threshold or green if upper a threshold). The data source can be json or mysql with timestamps. The available fields are: timestamp, coodinateXY, valueToBeThresholded. In the configuration we shoud define the the colors and related ranges of valueToBeThresholded, the spriteImage to be used. The colors indicate how close the points are to each other based on a threshold . Example of data record in the db: 32.0,143.0,183.0,300.0, imgBBox (2 points x y, to be discarded) 107.0,182.0, imgSpecificPosition (1 point x y) -1527.0,-450.0,4280.0, realWorldCntroid (1 point x,y,z to be discarded) 1045.0 realWorldMeasure (abs valueToBeThresholded)
