Cell Site Map utilizing ASP.NET / Google Maps API

Attached is an image that’s shows a basic example of what we're looking for. We’d like to be able to have a database listing GPS Coordinates of a tower location, along with an azimuth, beam width, and distance, and have it add coverage areas to a map, similar to what’s attached. For example, we’d enter a GPS coordinate of a tower location, 171 azimuth, 30 degree beam width, and a distance of 5 miles. Using an algorithm, it would plot this using a polygon on Google Maps so we can see an accurate representation of our network. Here's an article that's close to what we're looking for: [login to view URL] We have numerous modules like this that we'd like to add and if things go well, eventually have someone take care of cleaning up our existing WebForms app and migrate it to MVC. Ideally, we'd like to migrate the app to ASP.NET Core and have it run on Linux. Database backend is MySQL.
