571139 Convert PSD and JPG files to HTML and CSS for website

The task at hand consists of creating the HTML and CSS for a set of already designed pages (PSDs and JPGs). The pages are: - Main page - Search result page - Add Video (Upload / Submit) page (Actually a popup div) - Single video play page - Artist profile page - News page - About us - Help page with FAQ entries as seen on [login to view URL] , https:// [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] groups/31-twitter-basics/topics/182-announcements-and-new-stuff/articles/ 20169519-twitter-tour-let-us-show-you-around - Empty template page for generic content (2/3 column layout) - Error page for displaying an image and an error message, potentially based on the Empty template page. <DIV>s that will be used to display popup messages (modal overlay) - Create Account or Login to do <specific action> - Send note to artist - Submit news popup - Add Video (Upload / Submit) page (Actually a popup div) - A notification dialog (can be taken from jQuery UI [login to view URL] and color skinned to match the design) Nearly all of the pages have already been designed in Photoshop and simply need a translation into HTML/CSS. The tasks main input are the PSDs/JPGs. Before starting there will be a general guideline available with all the sections and information explained. Also a small description per page listing necessary deviations from the JPGs. An example would be: “Although the JPG shows left aligned text, please align the text to the right hand side”. The functional description will be provided to the HTML/CSS designer as a reference so proper care can be taken while designing. Some of the “functional” features are to be solved through CSS3 selectors (color change on mouse over, etc.). No further functional implementation (backside implementation, etc.) needs to be done, except when clearly stated. We are looking forward to your bids and references. Thank you in advance.
