The classification program is required for classifying some TIFF or PDF scanned text images documents. Basically there will be different types of documents with different pages each.. so we need to be able to OCRd the file and be able to classify the documents as per information found it n the first page of each document. You may need to work on the image scanned since the quality may not be the best.. Also, the program or programs are required to be installed on my PC and payment will be done only after satisfactory implementation of the requirements (ONLY one Milestone when the project is received ). The model has to be flexible enough to be used with different types of documents.. Along with your quote, we need to receive a brief summary of the approach you will be taking, the language and tools you will be using to accomplish the requirement. Sample files can be provided when project is awarded
