We are running chromis pos on an IBM surepos 500 unit, however we can not get the cash drawer to open when the button is clicked within the software. [login to view URL] Need assistance on the configuration to have the cash drawer open. There is another program that is able to open the cash drawer so I know the physical hardware is working.

Relevant Skills and Experience rhel5,6,7 and windows OS servers and workstation knowledge and able to work in timely deliver.
